Become an Ambassador
Citizens Advice Ambassadors are volunteers who help us raise awareness of what we do and who we can help, amongst the local community.

Not many people know that we’re a local charity and therefore entirely reliant on donations and local authority support for our funding. We are not a Government funded agency. All of our services are free and impartial. Our trained volunteers are of the highest calibre and you could be one of these. We need our Ambassadors to attend local events, speak on our behalf, give out leaflets, promote our services and educate the community about who we are and what we do. They often attend local organisations, and community groups to talk about the work we do.

Without Ambassadors, no-one would know about us!

If you think you would like to play a part in this important role for Citizens Advice and have some time to spare, then please contact Ruth Lockley on for further information and an informal chat.
