National Consumer Week is a yearly campaign which raises awareness of specific consumer issues. Every year covers a different topic and in previous years, the campaign has promoted awareness of issues such as electrical safety, subscription traps, and consumer rights.

The next National Consumer Week will be in late 2018 / early 2019. Email with the subject ‘National Consumer Week’ to be kept on a mailing list to be alerted with updates.

Our partners

Citizens Advice runs National Consumer Week in close collaboration with the Consumer Protection Partnership. This brings together key partners in the consumer landscape to identify, prioritise and coordinate collective action to tackle detriment.

Partners include the Trading Standards service and the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
